Hello, I'm a Product Designer* based in Melbourne, Australia. I'm currently working with CommBank, exploring how emerging technologies can transform the way people interact with financial services.
*I specialise in Product Design, but dabble in all things Design.
Over the past decade, I've worked across digital agencies, innovative startups, and big corporate teams. I'm hands-on throughout the entire design journey, whether that's digging into research, brainstorming ideas, or polishing the final pixels of an interface.
I'm drawn to undefined problem spaces where design and technology intersect and there's room to experiment, it's what drew me to zero-to-one product work at one of Australia's largest banks, and what has me excited about where AI is taking design.
Above all else, I care about the craft. The pursuit of quality and the difference it makes when design is done well. Whether that's a complex cross platform system, or a small interaction detail that just feels right.
I've always taken a holistic approach to design, refining skills across the entire design process: product vision & strategy, research, ideation, prototyping, and visual craft.
Qualitative and quantitative research, user interviews, competitive analysis, synthesis and insight communication, opportunity framing, and ideation facilitation.
User journey mapping, service blueprints, information architecture, workshop facilitation, wireframing, usability testing and strategic design direction.
Design principles, design systems, iconography, typography, colour, layout, interaction, accessibility, illustration, platform patterns and developer handover.
Low-to-high fidelity interactive prototypes, code-adjacent prototyping, AI-assisted rapid prototyping, usability validation and iterative concept testing.
Translating brand into digital experiences, with a strong aesthetic sensibility and the nuanced decisions that make an interface feel considered and on-brand.
Product vision, defining the right problems to solve, validating design decisions, and translating business strategy into clear design direction.
